Payments for VisionSnip are non-refundable. That's because every video you process uses paid computing and AI services the moment it runs, and you can try VisionSnip on the Free plan before you pay. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What we don't refund
- Subscription payments, including automatic renewals.
- Unused time, video minutes or exports in a billing period.
- Switching to a lower plan part-way through a billing period.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
- Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
When you will get money back
- Your legal rights. Where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to cancel and get a refund, we honour it. For example, consumers in the EU, UK and Switzerland usually have 14 days from their first payment to change their mind. This applies to the first payment only, not renewals.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after your cancellation took effect, we'll refund the mistaken charge.
- If we can't provide the service. If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, we'll refund or credit you for the affected period.
Refunds are issued by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund at its own discretion to settle a payment dispute.
Failed processing never costs you anything
If processing a video or an export fails, the video minutes or export are given back to your allowance automatically. You don't need to ask.
How to cancel
Use the billing link in your account menu or in your receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and you won't be charged again.

If you think a charge is wrong, please email us at support@maarijaqeel.com before you contact your bank. Include the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We'll look into it and reply within a few business days.
