Billing questions
- How are video minutes counted?
- By the length of each video you upload. A 10-minute podcast uses 10 minutes, however many clips you make from it. If processing fails, the minutes are given back.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- No. Minutes and exports reset at the start of each month.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.
- Can I get a refund?
